Built on a hilltop, ringed by cedars

The hotel sits on high ground surrounded by mountains covered in cedar trees, minutes from the forest named one of the new seven wonders of nature. Rooms and suites are equipped for real mountain winters — several have kitchenettes, separate living rooms and working fireplaces.

The restaurant has hosted weddings in the Cedars for two decades. Mixed Arabian and European décor, Lebanese mezze and grills, Arabic desserts, live music and belly dancing — and a mountain outside the window that no city venue can offer.
